  This was our first trip to Edinburgh. We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!

  We arrived early,really only wanted to drop cases off but was warmly greeted and allowed up to to our rooms. We had a knock a few mins later to check everything was in order. The whole establishment was spotless and all staff very friendly, would certainly stop again and recommend to others. Room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was decent and filling and at a reasonable time. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Flat screen tv with multiple satellite channels. Kitchen well stocked daily with breakfast/snack items. Reception/housekeeping more than helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone and return to this hotel without a doubt.

  Ottima guest house 3 stelle. Princess street raggiungibile a piedi, old town a 5 minuti di bus (N°31). Personale gentilissimo, ottima accoglienza, colazione scozzese eccellente. Ok la pulizia, camera non grandissima ma comunque confortevole per 2 persone (ok anche il bagno). Assolutamente consigliato - Direi che come albergo a conduzione familiare ... cosa dice la gente » era semplicemente fantastico (sembrava di essere in un'altra epoca) l'ideale per "staccare la spina"
