The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines).
The breakfast was fair good, nice staff and a 24/24 receptionist always available (I had to ckeck out at 2.00am).

Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

Everything was bad. First of all the name of marble Arch residence wasn't exist and it's Park West building.
Second, there is no reception and you have to go to their office which is 300 meters.
Thirdly, the corridors was smelly, the flat was dirty and old. The towels and sheets was smelly we had to buy new one. The bathroom was dirty we had to c

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff ordered a taxi for us to go to the
apartment and then back to the airport. We chose the express check-in
and it was really quick and hassle-free. We found coffee, tea, hot
chocolate and more in the kitchen free of charge. The apartment was very
clean and had a modern decoration. It's good value for money and
will definetely be staying there again.

I had just one, very minor, irritation at The Kensington Studios. The AC machinery outside and below our room seemed not to stop at night. As i say, only a minor irritation as it didn't stop me from sleeping.

We were very impressed with the layout of the studio room and the design of it. The heated floors was a bonus when we came in out of the cold!
The bathroom was excellent, and it was a major factor in our choice of hotel and our comfort during our stay.
As major tea drinkers, tea and milk provided was very welcome (:
