staff are always very cheerful, helpful and welcoming;
location is great for exploring Bath - near station as we travel by train and central for shops, theatre, etc.
Breakfast is fine, as are the bar snacks and range of beers and wines. -

Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The front of the property was deceiving, looking like a small B&B from the outside but how surprised we were once inside. We were immediately greeted by the hosts who showed us through to the sitting area overlooking the wonderful gardens and breathtaking view over Bath. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from the centre of the city by foot. Janet, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and really cozy as well. The room my daughters stayed in had a lovely view of the garden, and they said it was real treat to enjoy breakfast by that window in the mornings. -

We received a warm welcome from Karen and her daughter Rachel. Our room was at the top of the house but well worth the climb. It was exceptional, very clean, very comfortable and the attention to detail was superb. We had a choice of breakfast dishes which were served to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed. The house is in a fantastic position as everything is within easy walking distance.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Brocks Guest house
