The room was not as small as expected. We were placed in room number 4 which was on the lower ground floor. In other words, it was in the basement. We have a small terrace from which we could see the sky. Subway stations(queensway, bayswater) and bus stations were close. -

Clean, comfortable bed and accommodation with reasonable facilities for storing food, cooking, washing clothes etc. Wasn't cold weather but heating seemed adequate.
Friendly, helpful, unobtrusive front desk staff.

La camera n. 103 (family room) era perfetta per 5 persone, pulita, spaziosa, curata nei particolari. Il bagno pulito ed in otime condizioni. Lo staff dell'hotel molto disponibile e cortese. The Park Grand guest rooms were small but stylish, with nice clean functional bathrooms. The location is within a five minute walk to Paddington, Bayswater and Queensway stations and all points in London are easily accessible via the tube. The breakfast was the tatsiest I found in the area. The staff were very professional, unfailingly cheerful, very helpful and very obliging. I would recommend guests stay at the hotel for either business or pleasure. -
We booked three rooms: the double bed which was not small and not big ( you have space for your luggage ) and the toilet was good, the club room which was verrry spacious in every thing, the junior room which is obviously the biggest one! All beds are comfortable, very clean, room had all facilities you need, the area around the hotel is very quiet and very new. Deserves the 4 stars and very valuable. Last but not least, there's a supermarket near by!
