I have stayed in Hyde Park Economy Apartment for the second time. Had a problems with my credit card details but the manager let my reservation valid. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely recommend for short stay.

I needed a basic, good value, clean, convenient room for an overnight stay where a location near Paddington station was a key requirement. I had a small double room with ensuite bathroom/shower. Stayed at Hotel June 12/15. Mature Couple. Small but comfortable
hotel. Clean and well kept. Located 50 yards from Bayswater Road and
150 yards from Queensway. Very good front desk staff who were most
helpful with getting us in with an early arrival time. They were
excellent throughout the stay and assisted with anything we wanted.
Would recommend this location to anyone requiring an inexpensive but
adequate hotel.

Location! A short walk across Kensington Park to the V&A Museum and
other great collections. Good tube connections to Queensway Station just
a few minutes walk away in a "safe" area of London. Good
shopping and eating locally or a couple of stops away on the tube. The
continental breakfast is simple but adequate with reasonable quality
product on offer. Despite my adverse comments I would short stay here
again. I have seen worse hotels in the area and the management of the
Troy should raise

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in an apartment type room which was nice because it had cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. Hotel under renovations and road closed but it was never less good. An explanation of air conditioning would have been helpful. We saw 28 heat and thought it was ON so we were cold for a day. First time in 40 years of ANY hotel we we charged to store our luggage for a few hours--and also charged £10 an hours overstay when we requested late stay provided hotel not full. Our plane took off 6pm. Not a way to keep customers. On principle I would prefer to pay £25 more at the Radisson 4 stars nearby
