When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

warm enough in mid-February when it was pretty cold out. It was quick to

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. For example, they have charging facilities for all mobile phones, they have a customer phone linked directly to a taxi service, they provided takeaway menus and organised the delivery etc. The room was really comfortable and I can't fault anything about the hot

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The room was a good size, not cramped with the extra beds as some
'family' rooms are - very smart and comfortable. But the best
thing was the staff - I have never been so impressed by staff anywhere!
Every one we dealt with, from check-in, restaurant, bar and breakfast,
was amazingly helpful, cheerful, and really made us feel genuinely
welcomed. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organised, but it was the

The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having
