The efficiency and friendliness of the staff, especially in the dining room. With a Premier Inn you know just what to expect, comfortable beds, cleanliness and welcome, at a reasonable price. The three children like the flexibility of the children's meal options and the breakfasts are very good. We could walk to the Royal Mile inside ten minutes,

Right from the minute the lift opened at reception area, we were very warmly welcomed by two lovely girls who were genuinely pleased to see us.

Stayed in the Premier inn on Princess street from the 2th to 23rd of Nov 2013. The Hotel is just a 5-7min walk from the waverly railway station and is directly opposite the famous Edinburgh Castle. Although we dint spend much time in the hotel and dint get a chance to dine in, but the Hotel was very nice, Clean and had all amenities one could ask for. A value for money hotel for people travelling to Scotland and are in a mood to Explore rather than stay in!

Location is excellent with loads of buses into the city centre but the local bars and restaurants in Leith offer a huge choice, plus the new shopping centre is only yards away from the front door of the hotel. It wasn't obvious that a buffet breakfast was included when I booked so this was a nice surprise too. The dog was welcome too, at no extra
... cosa dice la gente » cost. Excellent value. - I first booked at the Waterfront but found out that there was one closer to the city center when I reached Edinburgh and managed to change the booking. I was lucky they had rooms available and for the same price as well. Its called Express By Holiday Inn City Center.
