  It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. Every morning she was able to have toast and after the first day, the staff got to know this and it was already prepared for her. The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.

  We had an excellent stay - the staff were so helpful, polite and personable. Our room was prepared with an extra bed as requested, it was comfortable, clean, good size and well decorated. The food was excellent, lovely to sit in the bar with the pianist playing beautifully and it was super to use the leisure facilities. - our room was spotless as ... cosa dice la gente » was the whole hotel. on our day of departure there was a problem on one of the motorways reception staff helped us plan a different route home .we will stay at the connaught again and recommend hotel to family and friends

  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
