  It was very easy to book in at reception. The hotel staff were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble and they took time to get to know us. My friend is a coeliac and she was amazed that the menu catered for her. Every morning she was able to have toast and after the first day, the staff got to know this and it was already prepared for her. The hotel itself was comfortable and the added bonus off free use of the pool, sauna and leisure facilities mean we will definitely return.

  Helpful staff, when there was a problem with the booked room ie twin allocated but double booked on web, we were upgraded immediately to a double suite room. Food and facilities also excellent. - We have stayed at the Durley Dean on a number of occasions over the years and the recent refurbishment has certainly made a difference.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.
