  We a lovely two night stay at the hotel and on return home realized i had left my watch in the hotel room, i called the hotel and the very helpful receptionist she would get in touch with house keeping and get back to me 5 mins later i got a call to say they had it and would put it safe for me. i sent a prepaid envelope and my watch was returned t... cosa dice la gente » o me immediately. The staff could not do enough for us. A big thank you to them all. - All the staff couldn't have been more helpfull throughout our 2 night stay. They also provided lots of information and guideance/advice on travel options in and out of London, along with above and beyond support within the Premier Inn. The Beefeater Pub which was attached served excellent food and also couldn't have been faulted which made our stay even more enjoyable. Please pass these comments on.
