  I liked the friendliness of the staff who did go that extra to help out. The bar food was reasonably priced for London and of good quality. The half price first drink was extremely welcomed after a long day. Free wifi good. Breakfast adequate. Lots of seating in the lounge area. Overall, as hostels go - fabulous experience. - staff very nice

  I asked them not to be on the first floor after reading the comments and they gave us a nice room on the upper floor. Receptionists are very kind. Nice bar just next door. Common kitchen on each floor. Good price for a nice stay. - for London area the price was reasonable. Facility was basic 'hostel' but clean.
