We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process. Then he took the time to give us a map and explain the many different things to see and do and made suggestions on how to go about it. He was very helpful. We loved everything about the place hotel,the staff were lovely the food was really nice and reasonably priced along with the drinks from the bar.It has a very modern decor but expensive feel to it with gorgeous crystal chandeliers in bar and lounge area.It is very central with everything you need within walking distance like shops pubs and the castle.We had an excellent stay here and would recommend the place hotel to anyone in fact my boyfriends mam and sister have already made a booking! 150

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con acceso a recorrer andando cada rincon de Edimburgo, muy limpio en todo momento con la posibilidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo con la que practicar tu Ingles. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La verdad si volviera a Edimburgo repetiria en Haggis hostel sin duda.

Everything! The location across from Waverley Train Station, the superb set-up of the apartment, the high-speed internet, NetFlix provided free of charge. This place is a gem. If you're not looking for an hotel room, this is the place to go. As of next summer, the new Edinburgh Trams will be rolling in front of this flat. Super experience. -

There is no cooker but a good quality built-in microwave. The bathroom was large and modern and the living/sleeping area was bigger than a standard hotel room.

Location is perfect. They are installing tram lines in the street but it still has access if you are arriving by car or taxi. Its a short walk to Waverly Station and all main tourist attractions can be reached by foot if you like to walk.
Room was excellent, breakfast was great. Did not try the restaurant at night but menu looked good and fairly priced.
Staff were all very friendly and attentive.
A little bit pricey but for a stay during the Festival it was fairly priced compared to other optio
