  All was perfect. The location is very close to city centre just 5 or 10 minutes walk. The room is quite nice and clean, there is enough space to store things or to work and there is a kettle in the room. So close to Piccadilly Station and Canal Street, a couple of minutes walk. Kettle in room with some tea and coffee. Plenty of storage and basic shower room and toilet. Can't ask for more. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

The hotel has very nice clean rooms, entrance to the shower cabin was straightly from the room and shower was illuminated with various colors (had special application on it and after you turn on the water it begins to shine) everything worked well - air-conditioner, TV with flat screen, Wi-Fi was very rapid! The staff were very helpful, the 24 hour reception was very reassuring as it meant you could always get help with issues if any arose. Our property was safely secured in the room and they had a good luggage storage facility that was very useful for when we wanted to get out and see the city before and after checking in. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional, you couldn't ask for more in terms of value for money and I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyon
