  This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. Some very nice touches i.e. plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and even bottled water and biscuits. Also a mounted telescope on the table in the bay window to overlook the shore with !! The owners were very helpful and friendly.Breakfasts were first class. We had a wonderful 3 day break and willcertainly be coming back. Thank you.

  Superb room. Breakfast excellent. The first time I have had strawberries, bacon, French toast and maple syrup on the same plate for breakfast and it was a delight. The hotel was plush the staff and owners could not have been friendlier. Our room was very comfortable, it had everything that you would require. The hotel also had an Indian restaurant and altho - This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms.

  I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... cosa dice la gente » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .
