  We stayed in an executive studio and couldn't be more satisfied! The staff were really nice and friendly, the studio was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly ask for.   NIcely equipped bedroom with an Incredibly comfortable bed and a really nice shower (a proper rain shower). The staff are helpful and friendly. The room service breakfast is very good, the "Montcalm breakfast" easily serves two and is then quite a good deal. If you have loads of bags then it will be troublesome. Luxury hotel. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room open from 7am-11pm for all guests free. Spa treatments at a cost. Very good attention to detail to the smaller things. Outstanding cleanliness. Incredibly polite staff. The decor was superb, which coupled with the above gives weight to the 5 star rating

Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.
