  We are a mature couple and we stayed initially for 4 nights, then extended another 3, then another 2. Great location. Very quiet, yet just a few minutes walk to town centre, with lots of shops, cafes, etc.. Very helpful and friendly lady runs the place (a couple actually run it, but we did not see the man much). We were glad that we were not pu... cosa dice la gente » t off by the shared bathroom. It was right next to the double room we were in and was very clean so sharing did not really matter. We did not bother t - I stayed in a single room on the second floor overlooking the castle, the view at night is amazing. Eventhough bathroom on a sharing basis, but it was very clean. Breakfast selection was good. During my stay it was a bit chilly, they even gave me another blanket. It was a quiet place to stay, 5 minutes walking distance to town.

  I liked having my own front door key and access to the code for the middle door which meant I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The single room was small but big enough and well appointed.The en-suite shower was lovely and the coffee and Kit Kat very welcome after a day in town, Breakfast was really good. The hotel is well situated only 5 mins from the town centre and railway station and i - I had emailed to say that I would arrive late. I was welcomed with warmth but without fuss, the room was small but very cleverly designed & spotless, inc ensuite. Breakfast was ample with a wide choice (Im a veggie) and a bottomless cup. I saw the lounge but did not use it as I was so late arrivng, I would definitely stay again & recommend it, esp for city trip as it is so convenient.

  We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on.   Everything! I was up from Central Scotland for a weekend conference at the Eden Centre and I couldn't have been treated better if I was the Queen. I was 2.5hrs late, due to weather conditions but I was very warmly welcomed by Margaret, the propriates. I'm disabled and was in the disabled room, right next to the front door.   Brilliant stay at a gorgeous little b&B. Wendy (the owner) was absolutely lovely and went completely out of her way to make you feel at home, no request was too difficult. The rooms were great, well decorated with very comfortable beds. The breakfasts were great and set us up well for a day of walking around the town or in the surrounding countryside, Wendy, the owner, was very friendly and helpful.
