Martin and Michelle were absolutely amazing! Really easy going and
friendly. They went above and beyond to help us with our trip and to
make sure we were comfortable with our stay. The breakfasts were great
and they even made other guest's meals that weren't even on the
menu!! They both work really hard and long hours and always have a smile
on their faces. They made the start of our trip to Edinburgh.

To start off our 3 days we were arriving after the check in time, but the owner stayed up to let us in and told us the best way to get into town to get something to eat. This is a family guesthouse, and that explains why you feel so much at home there. The floor cover, design and dining room all make you feel a special guest. Breakfasts icluded, wifi is free. And fast. Plus a relatively close distance from the center - that's the best investment for a young couple, friends or a solo traveller who want to enjoy Edinburgh in any time of year.

Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!
