Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale - Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre. ... cosa dice la gente » t their food was wonderful.Bar staff were very professional and friendly. - The hotel was fabulous,very clean and the location was brilliant,a few minutes walk from Old Trafford Grounds,Lowry Centre and just a taxi ride to the Trafford Centre and Arndale Centre.The staff were so welcoming and so helpful in every way,especially as we had our 7year old daughter with us and they couldn't have being more helpful and understanding.

The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

L'appartamento molto confortevole e ampio - The apartment was great. I booked for a one bedroom apartment and it was only for one person. I got there and the apartment was huge and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was bread, juice, condiments, biscuits all provided free of charge. The staff were very helpful. Very comfortable stay!! -

I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!
