Very efficient friendly welcome.
Off street parking and map of town given and suggested route to walk.
Clean quiet comfortable bedroom.

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

Cheap, comfortable warm room, can't complain it was small at such a reasonable price.
Clean white bed linen, white towels (you never know with coloured ones what they're hiding)

Good sized room, everything I needed for overnight stay. Room overlooked garden which was pretty and quiet but imagine it would be a busy (noisey) beer garden in high summer. Decor modern, bathroom with double shower. Location excellent for RHS Harlow Carr visit. Breakfast continental only in price but sufficient and reasonable choice. -
