On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. La camera è molto pulita, ben arredata ed anche se non grandissima non manca niente! Anzi... i proprietari sono molto disponibili e gentili! La camera viene riordinata e pulita ogni giorno e al nostro ritorno abbiamo sempre trovato un graditissimo presente. Mr. Tom è molto cordiale e disponibile per ogni tipo di richiesta! Il quartiere è residenziale e molto tranquillo, vicinissimo alla metropolitana ed anche a market e ristoranti.

In general, it is a nice hostel which i would definitely love to visit again. The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.

Its a good value hotel, fairly basic, but better than many other budget hotels. Clean, air conditioning, a lift (lots of hotels without these last two!), and close to the central line and circle line. -

La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)
