  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal... cosa dice la gente » k from the nearest station and only a 2 min stroll from the park so everything was close enough by. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  L'hotel è posto in una zona strategica, molto centrale ma non caotica, ben servita da qualsiasi mezzo di trasporto(victoria station). I proprietari sono gentili e simpatici..le camere forse un pò piccole ma pulite e confortevoli, idem per il bagno. Possono ingannare l'ingresso e le scale strette ma è davvero tutto ok! - Camere piccolissime(come tut... cosa dice la gente » te quelle in cui sono stato a Londra), ma nuove perchè ristrutturate da poco e pulite.Bagno piccolo ma confortevole. Colazione all'interno dell'albergo modesta, ma comunque gradevole. Accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile(hanno accettato di farci lasciare i bagagli fino al pomeriggio il giorno della partenza senza nessun problema).

  This place is a gem - we stayed for two nights for a much-needed break and a spot of Christmas shopping. The location is ideal and incredibly quiet considering where it is. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.

  The location is v nice and quite. The staff was v welcoming and helpeful. The room is confortable and the facilities are in in good condition. The bed`s matress needs to be more confortable - Good staff , perfect location , nice service
