  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  pulizia - I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. - Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for.
