  pulizia - I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home.   l'ubicazione ottima - consiglio di indicare nelle note che è più agevole l'uscita metro Lambert e non Waterloo - disponibilità del personale alla reception, ho trovato una gentilissima signora che parlava anche italiano - Great location - just by the Thames.
