  The service from each and every member of staff I spoken with was impeccable along with a real friendliness and happy attitude. I was very lucky to be upgraded to a superior room and the standard was excellent, with the bed being amazingly comfortable. I had everything I needed and whatever I didn't have - the hotel helped me with. Such a fantastic experience which I could of stayed another night but couldnt really afford another night :( would stay again but too far from anything like the good pubs in Covent garden etc. very lovely food :) best hotel ive ever stayed in!

  I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. This hotel was a completely different experience from the negative reviews. The Deluxe king room I stayed in on the 9th floor was perfect and had a lovely view over Battersea park just like I... cosa dice la gente » requested. The staff was very helpful and even when I needed to do some ironing, all I did was call reception and an ironing board and pressing iron - It was value for money, bed rooms spacious clean and very comfortable beds the lovely white leather coutch in room added elegance and comfort.Breakfast was good luckily we paid for breakfast on chek in it was 12.50 per person. I took it positively the distance from the tube sloan square about 15 mnt fast walk half hour slow but it is a good thing we need excersise i considered it my GYm work out for the morning to walk with bags to the station surely we need this walk thus everything was just g

  Difficile trovare qualcosa che non vada bene, staff cordiale e attento, struttura confortevole, camere molto spaziose e pulite, mezzi di trasporto a due minuti a piedi, davvero molto bello - appartamenti nuovissimi, puliti e spaziosi. a dieci minuti a piedi da victoria station.
