Seriously, you could not get a better location, it really is in the
heart of the royal mile and only 5 mins walk from the railway station.
The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating people -

The two brothers who own the apartment were so helpful and
accommodating. They provided information about where to eat, what to
see. From the moment we arrived they made us feel very welcomed. We
arrived early before check-in so they moved our apt. Up the line to be
prepped. They also stored our bags so we could enjoy the afternoon. The
apartment is extremely comfortable (good beds and linen!) and directly
overlooks all the bustle and excitement of Edinburgh's Royal Mile.

Great place in the middle of the centrum. Despite this, it's rather quiet and away from all the comotion from the Grassmarket. For us the location was splendid, eventhough we had a car. For this we were set up with a free parking spot close by.

The self-contained apartment was beautifully appointed with luxury facilities and attention to detail with all basic provisions e.g. coffee, tea, milk croissants The location was great with walking distance to the museum,art galleries, transport restaurants and the castle. Set in a quiet, secluded close in the middle of Edinburgh this was a luxury retreat for us.

This hotel is like my view of an old hotel should be steeped in history and splendour. It was a pleasure the rooms are not modern although they do have the touches like the plasma tv and modern bathroom. Overall I would not change anything about the hotel it was perfect. Easy to book, very attentive property managers, Large Victorian style apartment on the top floor close t the city centre. Its about a 15-20 minute walk to the main city centre but lots of other bars/cafes

We stayed at the Blinkbonny Rd residence and it was great. The owner was extremely friendly and the home was immaculate. Absolutely made my family feel like we stayed at our home away from home. We can't wait until our next visit.
