Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

proximity to city centre & local bars & resturants - loved welcome pack!
Being able to park in own desinated car space in secure car park. Felt really safe & secure with the key fobs which had to be shown in order to gain access to doors & lifts! Beds very comfortable! Apartment clean & comfy! Lovely mountain views! -

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

Ramada encore is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants although we dined in the restaurant within hotel itself. From we arrived until we departed the staff were polite and friendly making sure that we were satisfied with everything. I have been highly recommending it to all my friends and look forward to coming back again and again........
