The staff at Benedicts were great, they were so helpful and really pleasant. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and arrived well presented and was good value for money. We stayed in the executive suite which had a spa bath which was better than I had expected it to be plus the king size bed was soooo comfy! I've stayed in a lot of hotels

Exceptional hotel facilities with even better staff - Benedict's is
the place to stay in Belfast.
Rooms are exceptionally furnished and quite large - the jacuzzi tub in the executive king is AWESOME!
Staff is exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly.
The attached nightclub is a load of fun - great for a night out or for some hilarious people watching :)
Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in all my European travels :)

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

Very friendly staff from Kelly the receptionist at arrival, breakfast staff and bar staff. Only downside was parking facilities, although having stayed before we were aware of this. - The decor was beautiful, the location brilliant, and the breakfast was delicious.

It is very close to QUB so was quite convenient, as I was attending a conference there. It's proximity to Botanic Station and the variety of restaurants in the area were a definite plus. My stay this time in Belfast was far too short, but I do hope to make additional visits and would stay here again. -

la professionalità - Everything- the staff were all pleasant, and not too stiff or formal, the service and facilities wetre excellent value for money - The night porter on duty was very helpful and even brought us tea and toast to the room at 3am (after a long night out!!).

The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.
