  The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations). The rooms are okay and the breakfast is just okay for the day's start. Good place to meet nice people from other parts of the world. Price is just okay (not cheap/not expensive) because the hostel is situated in a nice location close to the city center.

I will be stopping again when next in office

  Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us.
