Also if you cant adjust the heating yourself then don't leave home without your nurse! - As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile and that carried on the whole weekend, the staff were very friendly, the size of the room size was excellent and the view over the river was lovely

The staff were very friendly and helpfull even though they had a wedding in it did not affect our stay we arrived early and they looked after our luggage while we went for a walk also when we checked out they looked after it untill we went to the airport. and value for money we have stayed at other hotels in the past that have been a lot dearer tha

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were lovely and we were given a room upgrade on arival.
The on site resturaunt it amazing with fantastic fresh produce and it is lovely eating there whilst looking out onto the loch.

Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.
