The couple that own the bed and breakfast are so friendly and accommodating you feel right at home straight away, nothing is too much trouble and they are very helpful if you want to know about the local area. The room was exactly what we needed, clean and fresh with a lovely little en suite and a television. The beds were very comfortable and tea and coffee and a kettle were also provided with some delicious biscuits. The breakfasts were very generous and so tasty, they didn't mind when I w. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
Tom and Nancy were a lovely friendly couple and made us most welcome, we were there for the Loch Ness Marathon, they were very accommodating by getting us breakfast at 6.30am rather the normal 7.00am, so that we could be up and out for the marathon, nothing was a bother to them.
I can highly recommend this B&B the room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable i plan on returning back next year.
Tom and Nancy were welcoming from the first moment. They're very knowledgeable about the area and how to get around. The room was quiet and spotless. Breakfast was well done and plentiful. The dining room is cozy, it's easy to converse with other guests. Our stay was as enjoyable as one can expect in a major city. We were near all the attractions we'd come to Inverness to see.
Beautiful bungalow. Spotlessly clean. The hosts could not do enough for us - they are lovely people. Room and ensuite were lovely. Breakfasts were delicious. It is in an ideal location - just a 10 min walk to Inverness town centre yet within a short distance to amazingly beautiful countryside. I definitely recommend this B&B to anyone.
15 to 20 min walk to town center. Owners very helpful. Made us a dinner reservation at Joy of Taste - excellent. I was having problem with my GPS and owner tested in his own vehicle - helpful.
A nice, cosy and clean B&B. Good cooked Scottish breakfast, although
did offer alternatives. Excellent location close to Caledonian Canal and
city centre. Very friendly and welcoming owners.
Warm friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Exceedingly clean and comfortable throughout , fabulous breakfast, we would have stayed longer if they'd had vacancies. Highly recommended.
Location was good, only 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Inverness and also on the road to Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle so it was easy to and from. Hosts very helpful and attentive.
Lovely place to stay with close walk to city. Room was very spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts were very yummy. Tom & Nancy are so friendly, a home away from home.
all was very good . i thought we would be a little far out for the town but within mins. you are at the side of the river and its only a 10 min strole into the town cent.
Innkeeper is very helpful. Breakfast is wonderful and she keeps the place spotless. Right around the corner from the Eden Open Air Theater and the River Ness.
Excellent presentation, welcome and very friendly and helpful in all ways. we really appreciated the advice regarding local attractions / things to do.
good breakfast, quite location and yet close to high street, friendly owner providing good local advices, good value for money, comfortable rooms.
Very Nice and helpful owner and a great location. Quiet at night despite location on Main road. I could definitely recommend this to friends.
Tom and Nancy are a lovely couple who are so welcoming and warm. Could not fault anything in anyway because it was a pleasure staying there.
Your stay was very important to them they could not do enough for you. Very pleasant couple. Would recommend it to friends.
everthing was great, hospitality, cleanliness, comfort and the breakfast was great. Even fresh milk for your tea or coffee.
Friendly, helpful Hosts. Good size ground floor room with large bathroom/en suite. Very clean and a good location.
Tom and nancy were lovely, nothing seemed to be a problem, interested in where you had been and plans for the day.
Tom and Nancy made us feel very welcome and they were very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious.
Excellent hosts, big comfortable room & bathroom. Great breakfast. Easy walk into town, close to Loch drive.
Superb hosts, very comfortable room with everything you could want, and very nicely decorated.
Comfortable room 15 mins walk from the centre of the city. Nice breakfast.
Very helpful owners. Everything very spick and span - organised, clean.
Everything; comfort, cleanliness, breakfast, value & the hosts!.
Cleanliness and quality of breakfast food, with wide choice.
Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, convenient location.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Good service, clean, good breakfast.
Attentive service, really friendly!.
Breakfast and staff very discrete.
lovely couple.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
Very close to Invernes center, 10 minutes by walk.
Very friendly and 10 min walk into Inverness town.
Quiet room. Good food.
Nothing.
It is in the city, which we've discovered is little tense. We live in a major city and it's nice to escape it.
Nothing!.
Couldn't fault a thing.
a little cold in the shower room.
No heater in bathroom.
They will not be open all year round, shame.
Nothing.
Only slightly disappointing thing was that breakfast even on a Sunday was between 7am and 8.30am. Even 9.00am would have been a more relaxed time to be in dining room by.
Access to parking in & out difficult with main service road.
Breakfast was rather early (7am -8.30am) especially for a Sunday , could maybe stretch to 9.30am?
We thought there could have been a better selection of juices etc and that some fruit or yogurt could have been available as an extra. (As it was it had to be a choice).
Nothing.
At first the location doesn't seem that great since it is about a 15 minute walk into town, there are no nearby restaurants and the main road is not very attractive. However, if you go around by the arts centre and walk along the river past the cathedral it is much nicer.
Evreything was good, 10 min walk from the center, but it's a nice walk if you take the street along the river (and not the main road).
a bit on the small side.
The location is not that great since it is about a 15 minute walk into town.
Room was very small.
Very strong smell of the new paint wasn't very nice.
Small room and small bathroom - website stated 'large ground floor
rooms' - just enough room to get round the bed. Had to go to bed as
nowhere to sit.
they have no caring for people with disabilities you have to leave the room for them to clean it and I will never be back there ever again.
letsbookhotel.com is the best I have used but this place is just terrible.
