  The staff were very helpful as my mother had been taken into hospital and I did not know if I had to go on to london. In the end i did not. - Straight forward booking and the service provided was excellent

  The staff are friendly, easy access to a restaurant, the staff reserve a table for you should you wish to eat at the restaurant. As a PI guest, we had a voucher which gave us a buy one get one free at the restaurant which was great! Obviously, this was a promotion, so we're not sure how often this happens. Also, the wildlife is wonderful, ducks... cosa dice la gente » and birds everywhere. Comfy room, not too rowdy, even with families staying at the hotel. Def would book again just for a chillout session. - The location next to the canal. Really friendly helpful staff. Had a disabled room at short notice on a bank holiday weekend. Have stayed at a few premier locations, but, I think this one rates very highly all round. Well done to all the staff from booking til leaving. Will be back !!!!!!!
