It was dog friendly, our apartment (no. 2) was very clean and modern with all facilities, very close to town centre & 5 minute drive to Ben Nevis (there is a footpath to there next door but bit of a walk!!!). Beautifully little gardens with a river running through. Great communication by owners and easy access for you to turn up when ever you wish (key safes by door)!!! Make sure you do the Jacobite train. Book early or queue for tickets off the train. Well worth either.
We has apartment 5. Can only comment on that one but we would request it again if we ever go back to that area.
The room was fantastic, even bigger than my own home! The kitchen had everything, and even a wash machine! It was very nice consider there are three of us, we were able to wash our clothes, cook our own meal, and have a family TV time after that. Felt just like home. One of the nicest hotel experience I had so far.
Enjoyed our stay, close to town supermarkets, restaurants, spas, ideal for family activities and much more. I'veaready asked to book next yr. Wasn't disappointed with anything in out or around apartment. Just down from car park loverly garden and steam. Well maintained. Would highly recomemed staying.
Enough space to accommodate 4 people, comfortable living area & bedrooms, adequate equipment in kitchen including washing machine and airing rack. Nice touches such as t-bags, coffee & sugar available on arrival. Free on site parking really good.
Lots of space, great kitchen facilities, nice seating area for dinner & tv watching, parking, really good value for money and supply of things like fairy liquid, tea, coffee and sugar great touch and generous. Supermarket is nearby too.
We traveled with two children and their grandmother and we found a lot of place in this apartment (2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom), nice seating area with a place to watch tv, kitchen with all what you need and a place to eat.
Very good value for money, particularly in terms of size and cleanliness. Nicely located for shops and stations. Good set of kitchen utensils, crockery etc, making it so much easier for people with kids.
Comfortable, clean and generally well equipped. Great location. Very easy to get in and out and we were left alone to enjoy our holiday. Very good value for money and perfect for family with children.
The entry system was excellent as was the apartment. It was in an ideal location for what we required which was taking two teenage grandchildren on the local steam engine rail trip.

We stayed there for just one night and from there we went to Loch Ness lake. Really confortable apartment. Nice, warm and clean.
Liked the freedom to come and go . Roomy apartment cozy from the April chill .. And everything we needed to cook a great meal.

It was very spacious and convenient for Glen Nevis. Also had good wifi

Wi Fi is very stable n strong.
No freezer compartment in fridge. We had to beg, borrow or steal ice cubes for our late night drinks!!.
There is no staff there. It was a self-check in place so sometimes it can get a little bit confusing.

The only poor feature I can think of is that the smaller bedroom has only white blinds, so didn't darken room when youngest child was trying to get to sleep (given it didn't go dark until after 10 on our visit).
Nothing really, some might be put off by the road but it can't be heard once inside the apartment.
Some basic things in the kitchen not there eg tin opener, cheese grater. Also didnt expect to have to clean the apartment before leaving.
There was nothing we did not like.
Shower in main room did not work properly, it was either too hot or too cold.

However, the furniture was outdated and not very nice. Bathroom was the same, usable and clean but plain and simple.
I was also surprised that we were expected to hoover up, thought such a thing is included in the price.

The apartment was a little musty smelling and the beds were very firm.
I didnt find any hair drier in the apartment.

rooms are to small.
Disappointing. The main rooms, although a good size, were sparsely
furnished which made them appear stark and unwelcoming. The Furnishings
were cheap and well worn, lightbulbs hadn't been replaced and where
the smoke alarm should have been in the kitchen, there were loose wires
hanging. We noticed that the property is currently up for sale, which
may be why the owners feel they don't have to bother.
-Kitchen stove n fan do not work properly.
- room size is extremely small, not even has space for lugguage.
Heating & water gyesers did not work properly,.
It was dated and dirty. En suite shower didn't work. Could be a nice apartment, but obviously the owners put in zero effort.
