Our friendly hosts provided clean, well equipped accommodations. From this location you can walk to restaurants, the harbour, town centre and National Maritime Museum. Pendennis Castle is a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast, provided for an additional charge, was excellent.

Staff where excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The guesthouse was clean and comfortable and for a small guesthouse the facilities where excellent. The hotel is situated within a short walk to both the town centre and beaches.. Loved our stay and would definately go back. - having travelled a lot worldwide this hotel is very a little jem!, lovely pool, fab food 10 points for the chef lobster was very good and the steak was cooked to perfection,friendly and helpfull staff,its not often that you can find a hotel offering such a high standard of service for a reasonable price,it puts shame on more expensive hotels.

Donna the landlady was lovely when we checked us in. the property has been decorated to a very high boutique standard.
When getting to the room we was very pleased with the light, roomy, modern bedroom with four poster bed with a spacious well appointed en suite and the most fabulous view of the sea, pendenis castle and the coastline. we had breakfast in bed on everyday of our stay and the food was delicious. furniture, bedding, towels etc are very good quality.

We were upgraded to a family room and this had a lovely sea view. Great
to have a little minibar fridge in the room - ideal if you want to keep
milk cool if you want to make up a flask for the day. The homemade
orange marmarlade was to die for. I don't even like marmarlade - the
owner should sell it in jars! (Can I have the recipe?). Free range
chickens outside - wonderful eggs for breakfast.

Welcome was excellent. Room spacious, well decorated. Comfortable bed. Welcome homemade biscuits. Warm and inviting. Even provided our dog with her own towel! Wonderful staff dealt with lack of hot water mechanical problem very effectively and actually turned a negative into a huge positive experience. Breakfast room, service and food, all perfect.
