The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
Also great having some provisions in apartment for when we first arrived. -

We stayed in the McDonald Bath spa hotel so we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. The staff can't do enough for you, opens doors always ask if your ok and if there's anything they can do for us. Absolutely amazin.

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole. - Location, public transport outside the door, lift to upper floors, good size apartment has 2 bathrooms, large enough for a family of 4, washer/dryer in the apartment - we didn't have to look for a laundry. - Very friendly staff (especially Billy)

very spacious, lovely and clean, perfect for our needs, easy walking distance to town, able to keep parking permit for a few hours exra after check out. -
Spacious, 2 room apartment plenty of space for family of 5 . Was a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal mile. Close to supermarket and food stores.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the
road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main
tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There
is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel). The

apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking

posizione - La camera era ampia e comoda, il bagno dotato sia di doccia che di vasca. Buona anche la posizione, se non si avesse voglia di camminare nella via passano diversi autobus che in poche fermate portano in pieno centro. Ottima anche la colazione a buffet.

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.

There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! The one on Blair st is updated and a bit modern while the ones on High

1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad con acceso a recorrer andando cada rincon de Edimburgo, muy limpio en todo momento con la posibilidad de conocer gente de todo el mundo con la que practicar tu Ingles. Hay que destacar la amabilidad de todo su personal que siempre tiene una sonrisa para recibirte y ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La verdad si volviera a Edimburgo repetiria en Haggis hostel sin duda.
