Vicinissimo al treno che porta in centro città, ottima palestra, bellissima stanza.
Per più di tre giorni non sono state cambiate le lenzuola seppur sporche. Senza asciugamani, richiesti più volte in reception.Al ristorante: mini-pizza surgelata a 10 sterline? Una pizza tre volte più grande e più buona da pizza hut costa uguale, rapporto qualità prezzo ridicolo!

directions to hotel were difficult
First class hotel and the location is excellent for travelling in and out of Edinburgh (only 2 stops on the train)
not far from city centre,facilities excellent,polite staff,and excelent room
The hotel is in an ideal location if you are not looking to be right in the centre of Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Park Train Station is perfectly located jst behind the hotel and is only 2 stops from Waverly. The dinner in the hotel was lovely as was the breakfast.

Temperature in the room was little bit low, didn`t know how to change it. GPS couldn`t find the Post Code.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming people, always on hand toprovide any useful knowledge and also cater for any specific needs. TheRestaurant provided excellant dining, with great selection of food anddrink. All other facilities were also of a high standard and Ithoroughly enjoyed my stay! Much much better than my stay at thesheraton, which is meant to be a 5*. Thank you
Soft drinks were slightly expensive, however, the service of the staffmake up for this.

Excellent staff, warm and caring. Easy access in edinburgh so close torail link,and motorway. Menu was good and food excellent.
No there were one or two teething problem with the plumbing and windows,but as a new building these were minor and rectified immediately.

hotel was fantastic pool etc was v clean and could use anytime. breakfast was delicious, staff were v helpfull and rooms were lovely, drinks in bar were rather expensive £16 for 4 drinks but there's a tesco over the road which you could get things to eat and drink!

restaurant was excellent, rooms were very modern and spacious. leisure facilities were also great.

nice new hotel, good facilities, good breakfast, served until 12 on a Sunday, later checkout, easy to drive to, close to railway station - only 1 stop from haymarket.

Rooms were well designed and clean, good for work and rest. Right by the station so ideal for free parking and easy travel into the town centre. Just off the motorway as well so ideal

it was a little bit too cold in our room - 19 degrees, and heating control didn't work
The room was very comfortable, and the hotel was close to the railway station and shops.
There was no cafe/restaurant to have breakfast when we arrived.
We liked the hotel as it wasn't expensive and were pleasently surprised at the quality of the hotal everything was clean and looked nice. Bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower.
