Easy to get to from motorway. Parking. The staff were very friendly andvery helpful. Nice clean sheets and pillows. Clean toilets. Nice clean room window opened up wide nice veiw close to keepmoat 10minute walk . thankyou. When on business, easy, clean, good value. went to a birthday party. Not a lot. The room opposite had many people in it who arrived in the hotel very late and did not stop talking very loudly until the early hours of the morning. Also there was blood on the duvet which we discovered in the morning. for the price it was a good choice, close to the train station !. Friendly helpful reception staff. Not far from shops and takeaway food options. it was cheap. It was close to the area I was attending in Doncaster and it offered value for money. It was close to the racecourse.Easy to come and go, good parking, quiet location (Neighbours aredead!!) good amenities close by for shopping and food. Decent bargainhotel, you could do worse...........maybe. Price and proximity to town.nothing the where dirt and the toilets as well. would prefer toilet in room but for the price it was good. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in theroom , after and before a long drive . Toilet a bit messy no soap.the uncomfortable bed. the toilets and shower were not exactly clean. The noise from other rooms and someone else's blood on the bedcover. Did not like having to go down corridor to toilets.Room was near reception area with constant noise late into the night. Rather remote from City Centre. bed was unmade when we turned up. very basic. The bed was hard and the room could have benifted with some more natural light and a remote tv control. The room had damp patches in it. No toilet roll in toilets both days! Shortage of pillows, exposedelectrical wiring visible! Rooms in reality worth £20 per night. Shouldbe offers available throughout year.Night receptionist said "It was more than my job's worth" to give me an extra pillow from an unsold room (after midnight!) after claiming to not know where pillows were kept. Was very noisy through the night, with lots of girls coming and going. Toilets didn't have soap in them and the seat in the disabled loo was broken. Room smelled stale and smoky despite asking for a non smoking room. May be a one off but very noisy most of the evening until late. I believe your staff actually evicted some of the residents. I was appauled by the state of this room and was disgusted! I walked into my room and straight back out no way was i taking my child to this hotel. the bathrooms where dirty and you have to wait in que to use. i just through my money in the drain.
