The room we stayed in was, I think, the largest in the hotel and was very comfortable. Very nice bed linen and well chosen bathroom fittings. Plenty of hot water for showers and bath etc. Also, the room was never too hot, which hotel rooms often are. The hotel was warm throughout, dispite the atrocious weather.Both the welcome and the atmosphere!
We were staying three nights and ate in every evening and couldn't fault it.
It was so nice to have proper sized bath sheets. Altogether very comfortable and we would stay again.

A really cosy, relaxing place to stay, a great alternative to the impersonal hotel chains. This place is immaculately decorated, and everything for a comfortable stay is included, i.e. Tea, Coffee, Biscuits, Toiletries. Full English breakfast is cooked to order, a perfect start to the day. The b&b is located just by the harbour 2 second walk to beach , it
is very clean comfrable and the owners are welcoming ! The
facility's are great , very comfy bed and shower room amazing (room
2 ) great idea to have breakfast in our room , it really didn't feel
as though we were saying in someone's home , great sleection of
choices for breakfast ! Full English amazing ! Just a great break and
would love to come again in the summer to see the liveliness of image

The room was excellent - cosy and clean with a marvellous sea view. The fish on the menu was really good and the breakfast choice extensive and very well prepared. Staff all very friendly and efficient.
Despite the parking problems, the location is excellent: a genuine cliff top location with good views and only a short walk to the beach.
