The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

Colazione inglese impeccabile - I was too late for the restaurant but the bar provided a very nice choice, I had tuna salad sanwich and a glass of wine, just right. The room was fine and the bath and hot water lovely. The wake up call was on time and the hotel suited my purpose. A good nights sleep prior to an intensive university study day. - Sta

Our 3rd floor room was clean, well equipped with towels and toilet

The staff were excellant, helpful and friendly. They gave us interconnecting rooms for us and our 2 grandchildren age 13 and 11 which was ideal. the room was pleasant and clean, it was in an ideal position for the shopping centre and the Mermaid Quay and the Dr Who experience all within easy walking distance. The breakfast was ok the continental part much better than the hot food.Good choice of drinks and proper orange etc. Good value for what we paid.

Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. I also appreciated the use ofthe free car park. - The Mercure Lodge Hotel, Cardiff is a great hotel based about 5 mins from the centre - An excellent base for a weekend in Cardiff. We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.
