The lady welcomed us warmly, talked us through the whole complex and the breakfast serving times, took us to our room which was huge, nicely decorated, warm and luxurious, we had coffee and tea making facilities in the room, a lounge area and a huuuuuge comfy bed with a really big flat screen tv on the wall above, the bathroom had a spa and sauna

Everything ! Lovely room, quiet place, fabulous breakfast, we have stayed in many hotels and I have never seen such a comprehensive breakfast anywhere. Cereals,juices,yoghurts,rolls,fruit salad with banana,kiwi, strawberries,blueberries.On the table was sliced Polish sausage, ham, cheese,mackerel,prawns,mussels,sliced water melon, fresh pineapple slices ! Friendly staff on arrival, at breakfast and on exit. Only stayed here as Leeds city centre was fully booked and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Only 5 mins from the train station and centre of town. Spotlessly clean, everything available for breakfast even though we were one of the last to arrive the dining room. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again.
