forse le asciugamani in bagno ed il bollitore avrebbero potuto essere un po' piu' igienizzati, d'altra parte il prezzo era stracciato
staff are professional and friendly, secure parking in a central location, hotel feels spacious even when there are many guests; it's over a year since I last stayed and I felt there had been a big improvement in the attitude of staff and standards
an extra waitress at breakfast to keep buffet bar stocked would have been useful but still excellent value
The hotel delivered what is promised-often unusual these days.The buffet in the dining room at dinner was beautifully cooked and the staff were lovely.

Very easy location from the center and the sea. The room facilities much higher than I expected, internet included in the price,swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna possible out of charge, excellent breakfast. Lovely atmosphere.
We love the Roundhouse and have stayed there many times, it a nice comfortable hotel and very welcoming. The rooms are a good size and always clean and tidy. The location is great only a short walk to the main town centre. We would strongly recommend a stay. The one thing we always look forward to is the breakfast it is the tastiest we have ever had. Don't delay, book today!!!!
Being a disabled person there was a bit too much furiture in the room
newspaper available, central location.
reversed into hotel parking bay, and when I opened my 'hatch-back' boot, it got scratched on the low 'ceiling' of the carpark roof. My own careless fault, but a warning sign might be useful for other guests.

Conveniently located city centre.Quiet rooms.Staff helpful.Only 7 miles from airport which is free of bustle.Rooms decor jaded but clean. Shower curtain awful square size in bath...this could be altered as a daily maintenance item...requires no mega structural change. What a difference this would make both in image and in use, particularly with plush towels supplied. Tea/coffee great.
Poor TV channel selection eg international news channels. Most were local to Bournmouthn area.
