If you stand in front of the house, our room is on second floor to the
right. It’s small, but made us feel very good and romantic. The view
from our room is excellent. To sit in the window alcove with best
friend, good book and a gt – excellent! The breakfast was good. The
staff is nice. Bed and bed lamps is good. -

cooked is probably the best you'll get in Scotland. View of the
Cobbler from the front door & front bedrooms. If you are there to
climb it then ask for these rooms on booking.

I booked into the twin room and it was clean and comfortable and a lot larger than I expected. Everything. This has to be the most well appointed B&B we have ever stayed at. Janice was welcoming and friendly and has done an amazing job. Our room was beautiful and there were lots of special touches (like the complimentary sherry and sweets in crystal). Breakfast was fabulous, a huge selection (including haggis) and served in a beautiful breakfast room with beautiful china and crystal. We stayed here for one night taking 2 rooms and enjoyed our stay here.
We had 2 rooms, one of which was a good size, had an excellent tv and
had good views of the loch. The other room was slightly disappointing as
there were no bedside tables and the room was next to the road which
meant it was noisy. I would therefore say that not all of the room

The staff were extremely welcoming. the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ensuite was imaculate and the shower powerful. The view from room 7 was simply breathtaking. There was a smart TV in the room too, which was an added bonus, with a very wide choice of channels and perfect picture. The breakfast was the best we had in Scotland.

Everything. Bill the owner was extremely friendly and gave us a great welcome. The room, despite being on the small size was excellently appointed and the decor and furnishings were superb. The Scottish breakfasts prepared by Bill were very tasty and a good size.
The location of the property (on the edge of Loch Long) is superb. Highly recommende

The warm welcome; the willingness of the owner to make me as comfortable as possible: nothing was too much trouble. Lounge with wood fire for guests' use. DVDs available to use during stay. The size and decor of the room. Comfort of the room. View from the window.
