Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, la colazione ottima, tutto corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, camere tipiche, accoglienti pulite e calde. Anche il pub all'interno permette di rilassarsi anche a chi come noi arriva in tarda serata. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. - l'atmosfera molto scottish e cmq tutto molto bello

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival at reception. The receptionist was cheerful, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff in the dining room were pleasant and helpful too. We would definitely stay again.

The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom,
there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge.
Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of
mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house
is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs
benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too.
No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

We were very happy with our choice, location great, staff nice and friendly. We also dined in the hotel for evening dinner which was lovely and exceptionally good value for money. Bella posizione vicino al mare - Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When there was no outlet to plug in a CPAP machine near the bed, the woman at the desk promptly found an extension cord for us to use. -
The girl at reception was apologetic and offered to set up another bed
in the room.
Nice to have restaurant facilities on site.
