The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. The room was lovely and comfortable and overall it was a fantastic place to stay. The staff really where the best thing about the hotel, they were all incredibly helpful and pleasant and this really stood out to both me and my pat

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class.
