My brothers and I found Silk House to be perfect for our needs. The staff are very welcoming and are more than happy to help with any question. Their staff was extremely helpful and nice. Had hour-long conversations with them every night. Often had cake and fruit for the guests.
Rooms + bathroom were both clean (cleaned every morning).
Overground station is 3 minutes walk away.

The hotel was just what we needed as we were on a hen weekend. Very pleased with the location, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop all the bags off early prior to a show. The rooms all had single beds which was more acceptable than double beds. The hotel was very good value for money including the breakfast. The bar was very reasonable and stayed open as long as we wanted to drink which was into the early hours and the staff were very accommodating putting on musi

The price! It was an amazing price for such a central location in London. The little things too - there was a drinking fountain to fill my water bottle up with, a well equipped kitchen, clean shower/toilet room, lots of wall sockets in helpful places, free wifi, good range of options for breakfast, working lifts, towel supplied. Great area, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Did we get value for money? Absolutley ... it's a very small hotel and very friendly, we had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the garden and it was both quiet and comfortable.
