I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. Buono il rapporto qualita' prezzo - Beautiful Art Deco refurbishment, attention to detail was outstanding.Excellent breakfast and all staff were very friendly, polite andhelpful. Only £11 for a taxi back from the Albert Dock too (consideringhow much we saved on the room rate compared to central hotels we weredelighted!) Will use same hotel again. -

I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

great location. Good value for your money. The front desk was excellent to deal with. My Beatle tour never showed up on the Sunday June 23 as it was previously booked 2 months prior. The young girl at the front desk mentioned the hotel has used 2 tours companies and she helped me book a trip with the Fab Four. Very impressed by her service. There was no pressure applied to use one of the hotel tours. Very professional

The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
