I stayed at the Avon Causeway due to my lack of organisation and the designated hotel for a friends wedding was full. I'm glad it was. Had a wedding to attend in christchurch, so just looked for a reasonable priced place to stay. We were very impressed, it is the old Hurn Railway station and breakfast was served in the pullman carriage, it was lovely. Very clean comfortable pub, with lovely beer garden and very good food, wished we could have stayed longer.

Friendly, family run hotel that accomodates everyone from young to old! We stayed with our 2 year old son, and nothing was too much trouble. It felt more like staying in someones home than in a hotel. - friendly, family like athmosphere. great breakfast and very comfortable bed.

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. 7 of us, all girls, stayed at the Croydon hotel as we were in Bournemouth celebrating a birthday for the weekend. Everything was perfect, we were made to feel welcome and well looked after. We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea! Rooms were spotles

Very accessible to all amenities, clean room and clean bathroom.
Accessible room downstairs was provided as I was on crutches and couldn't do stairs, it had a separate entrance on to flat terrain which was a lot easier. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. -

The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
