  Stayed for 3 nights, great location for family event in Crawley. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a pull down bed for my daughter. Beds were big and comfortable and I asked for a room at the rear incase there was noise from the road. We had no noise at all from outside, walls well soundproofed. Shower was fantastic, big and - We stayed here for a few hours before getting a 4am lift to Gatwick airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shuttle bus service is excellent. £3 each way from the airport to the hotel. There is a very good restaurant at the nearby Premier Inn which is 5 mins walk away if you don't want to eat at the Ibis, we had very good steaks there.
