This was a last minute booking for me and what a choice. The hotel had everything, great location, modern, friendly staff, good food and drinks, good leisure centre. Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

Hilton breakfast was fantastic, and they offer us a free valentine's package because they gave us a twin room ,we did book a double room. Finally, my boyfriend and I are very satisfy with their serivce. - The hotel is in a quiet location, but well connected and close to the main roads. The facilities are modern and well maintained.

Could not fault it for lovely staff, fantastic food, value for money, room was great although a little too much furniture for the size of room, lovely view of the gold course from the furnished terrace (bit cold to sit out in December ha!!) comfy bed and really slept well and unlike most hotels the room was not too hot so you could not sleep!! Room was excellent, with a massive bathroom! Bed was very comfortable. the room I stayed in was in one of the lodges- a very short walk away from the main hotel- they are single-floor, chalet style and are very quiet. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of choice.

l'eleganza - Overall lovely hotel - modern and clean comfortable rooms, fast service and helpfull staff, good quality food served till late and quick room service. Really enjoyed our stay, would stay again and recommend to others - although the hotel is huge and was very busy it was immaculately clean at all times and very friendly .

The staff were very helpful as my mother had been taken into hospital and I did not know if I had to go on to london. In the end i did not. - Straight forward booking and the service provided was excellent
