The Staff, particularly an extremely helpful receptionist named Libby. She went out of her way to sort out a problem that we had created ourselves and deserves recognition for her level of excellent customer service.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Coventry City Centre. Would recommend as a great value for money hotel!

We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who even gave the little ones coloring books. This came in handy as they had forgotten to pack theirs from the house. The hotel is very neat, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday with extra clean towels provided for the 2 nights we stayed there. It was quiet as well and everything just works. From eleva

I found all that I required and more.I was particularly impressed that as I had need of an accessible bath or shower [my hip replacement was troubling me and I had booked a disabled room]I was phoned prior to my visit by a member of staff to assure me and to prepare them for the possibility of my requiring help should I need to leave my room in a hurry.I thought this a deed of ' going the second mile' and it reflected the spirit of the care we all received from the staff. Blessings on them.

I stayed here a few times over the past few months, and have to say I was greeted with a very friendly smile each time, especially Yali, the rooms were clean, and had everything I needed for my short trip. One thing that would make this trip would be new, more comfortable beds, but I survived. The staff are very friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent and well priced, the free breakfast in the morning is adequate and there is an option for a cooked breakfast for a reasonable £4.95.

The warm welcome by the efficent staff the food was good the facilitiesprovided by the hotel - Really enjoyed my stay at the village hotel - the staff were friendly and willing to help. The leisure facilities were great, lovely steam room and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay there again.

The Attitude of the staff was excellent, I was going to write a letter to you to say this. we were very pleasantly surprised with the Hotel and will definately use Holiday Inn again for any future trips - The hotel was light and modern. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was very good Staff polite and eficient.

The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance of the train station which was excellent for me and my family as I am partially disabled. The new Premier Inn is very well set out with the restaurant and bar and lots of seating on the ground floor and easy access to lifts. The staff were friendly and efficient. The whole place was spotless. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was good. It was so convenient for visiting my family and shopping in Leamington.

Excellent rates and genuinely nice staff and very helpful. Very easy to get to.No complaints. The plug sockets needed lifting a little as some charger plugs can be a difficult large size but it did not cause a problem and staff were very nice and charged my phone for me and said the plugs were going to be lifted. Staff were nice, friendly and very accommodating, we attended a family wedding during the day in Warwick, on our return back to the hotel in the evening we asked if it was possible to order food to take to our room as we had young children. We arrived at 10am in the morning not expecting to be allowed to check in until 2pm. The receptionist was most helpful and said that, if we didn't mind changing from a quadruple room to a double, she could check us in straight away. This was great and meant we could drop off our bags, get settled in, then spend the rest of the day at our leisure.
The all you can eat breakfast was superb as well.
