The highlights of our stay were our perfect hosts - Steve and Sally - warm, friendly and very helpful, their impeccable attention to detail, the delicious full english breakfast, and the beautiful location. This B&B is only a short drive away from Abergavenny in the South and the beautiful Llanthony Priory in the North. Our hosts Steve and Sally were very welcoming and looked after us really well. The breakfasts were well cooked and tasty, and the extras such as fresh fruit and yogurt were a nice touch. The cake on our departure was a lovely thought and appreciated. Everything was really nice and we hope to return.

The owner booked us a last minute table at the Crown which is just over a mile and served good food. There could be lots of walking done from the doorstep. Short drive away from Abergavenny town. Steve and Sally were really welcoming hosts. They got the balance between chatting but not being intrusive. Steve had a lot of helpful information on local walks, pubs and restaurants. The bed was really comfortable(important after a days walk in the snow!) and the breakfast was delicious. - Self contained, clean and spacious bedroom, bathroom and living areas. - Great location for scenery and countryside. - Very friendly and informative hosts. - Fantastic breakfast. - Easter chocolate treats :-). Lovely people; very quiet, countryside and mountain vistas, spacious accommodation, huge ensuite bathroom, private entrance and sitting rooms, luxury features and lots of little extras. A lovely couple, a warm welcome with Welsh cakes (yummy) and a really nice touch of a phone call for personalised directions. Nice breakfast, very quiet which suited us well. The Orchard is in the quitest location for any B&B or hotel we've stayed in but still within easy reach of Abergavenny. Sally and Steve are super hosts. liked the set-up of the B&B which offered generous space, excellent breakfast and very nice owners of the place. The B and B itself is roomy and in a beautiful setting. Steve and Sally are excellent hosts. Thank you :-). We enjoyed our stay in the quite countryside. The quiet in comfortable surroundings. peace and quite. I prefer freshly prepared coffee for breakfast, but that was just a small detail. - Quite a long walk to nearest pub - but hey, you are in the countryside!. Nothing. Nothing. not much the road outside. Nothing - it was fab.

After about 50 metres turn right up the lane. - The Orchard is the 3rd property on the right. The lane has a yellow sign for Penycawdd Farm, and the B&B is next door.
